How to redeem

   You receive your Customer.io activation code by email within minutes, along with a redemption link.

   Create a brand-new Customer.io account using the email you want the subscription attached to.

   Open the redemption link, paste the activation code, and confirm the plan upgrade.

   Your plan activates instantly — check the billing page to confirm the new expiry date.

Eligibility & terms

• Codes work on new Customer.io accounts only. Existing or previously paid accounts are not eligible.
• One code per account. Codes cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts.
• Redeem within 30 days of purchase — unredeemed codes expire after that window.
• Cancel auto-renew before the term ends if you do not want to continue at full price.
